It is a culmination of novel features at an unbeatable price point!
This complete upper includes:
- Lead & Steel + HM Defense 12.5″ Patented MonoBloc barrel, 4150 CMV, Chrome Lined
- Lead & Steel Free-Float M-LOK Wedge Rail
- Optional Lead & Steel C158 HP/MPI Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) M16 BCG
- Optional Lead & Steel Ambi Charging Handle, Open Directed Expansion, a gas-diverting charging handle developed in collaboration with Breek Arms.
- Optional Mini Three-Prong Flash Hider, internally fluted for added flash reduction.
The ARC sets a new benchmark for duty grade rifles.
Each complete rifle is painstakingly gauged & test fired for optimum reliability in a variety of environments.
The 12.5″ Mid-length MonoBloc barrel eliminates the failure-prone low-profile gas block of the traditional AR-15 & the proprietary chrome-lining process provides an even distribution of plating for match-grade accuracy.
Our DLC BCG is fully CNC-machined & goes through a multi-step quality control process, including individual high-pressure proof testing & magnetic particle inspection. No MIM components are used & OCKS serrated gas key fasteners are utilized for the most secure gas key interface.
The patent-pending free-float rail utilizes a unique wedge-locking interface that does not stress the handguard like traditional clamp-style free-float rails.
The optional muzzle device is internally & externally threaded. Internal serrations disrupt flash expansion & external threads are implemented for mounting an included QD lightweight concussion reduction device.
Finally, our buffer tubes, receivers & rails are Type III hard-coat anodized in various colors for minimal tolerance shift & maximum coating life.
