This is the most affordable way to get into a QUALITY DMR
Here’s what’s available for purchase:
- M5 Upper Receiver with ATLAS R-ONE M5 M-LOK
- 18″ .308 Nitride mid-length, match-grade barrel w/ DPMS bolt group & Mil-Spec Charging Handle
- M5 Complete Lower Receiver w/ Magpul MOE Grip & Fixed Stock
The process is easy.
The upper receiver group (top half) will ship to the billing address provided & the lower receiver group (bottom half) will ship to the gun shop of your choosing.
Once you have both in hand, just push two pins together & you’re done!
Please add your FFL Information in the notes & have your shop email their license to ffl@leadandsteel.co with your order number in the subject line.
We cannot process a serialized order without it.
Uppers will ship to the billing address provided & lowers will go to the FFL.

I ordered the both the upper and lower kit. I love that they ship out in two pieces, which allows me to skip a lot of the transfer headache since the lower is not considered a complete firearm in my state. Final assembly took about 5 seconds, and so far I’m seeing around 1 MOA with cheap factory ammo. Very impressed with the quality and features for the price! I love the stock and grip they chose for these and I think you really don’t need anything else aside from an optic of your choice. 10/10 will definitely have my eye on more Lead and Steel build kits going forward!
